c3229ab897 Initial import of gimageview 0.2.10 into the NetBSD packages collection. 
GImageView is a GTK+ based image viewer.

It supports tabbed browsing, thumbnail table views, directory tree views,
drag and drop, reading thumbnail cache of other famous image viewers,
and has a flexible user interface.
