jschauma	b2e7756e21	symlink deutsch.{hash,aff} to german.{hash,aff} as suggested by ... Marko Schuetz (MarkoSchuetz at web dot de) in PR pkg/17008, so that emacsen find the german dicitionary. Obsolete patches/patch-aa. While we're at it, update to 20011124 with new Homepage and mastersite.
