7eeb51b534 Bump for perl-5.20.0.
Do it for all packages that
* mention perl, or
* have a directory name starting with p5-*, or
* depend on a package starting with p5-
like last time, for 5.18, where this didn't lead to complaints.
Let me know if you have any this time.

a) refer 'perl' in their Makefile, or
b) have a directory name of p5-*, or
c) have any dependency on any p5-* package

Like last time, where this caused no complaints.

31f85d9874 Initial import of magicrescue-1.1.4:
Magic Rescue scans a block device for file types it knows how to
recover and calls an external program to extract them. It looks
at "magic bytes" in file contents, so it can be used both as an
undelete utility and for recovering a corrupted drive or partition.
As long as the file data is there, it will find it.

It works on any file system, but on very fragmented file systems
it can only recover the first chunk of each file. Practical
experience (this program was not written for fun) shows, however,
that chunks of 30-50MB are not uncommon.
