d2ca14a3f1 Bump all packages for perl-5.18, that 
a) refer 'perl' in their Makefile, or
b) have a directory name of p5-*, or
c) have any dependency on any p5-* package

Like last time, where this caused no complaints.

are called p5-*.

56e1dd2f33 Import p5-XML-SAX-ExpatXS-1.31 as textproc/p5-XML-SAX-ExpatXS. 
Based on packaged by tnozaki@.

This module is a direct XS implementation of Perl SAX parser
using Expat. XML::SAX::Expat is implemented as a layer over
XML::Parser.
