When closing a file, save the current page number in ~/.xpdf.pages,
and restore it next time the file is opened. This can be disabled
with "savePageNumbers no" in your xpdfrc file.
Allow the tab list to be reordered, using drag-and-drop.

Pdftohtml now generates HTML links for URI links anchored on text.

This update (By David Carlisle, with permission from the original
authors, Dominique Unruh and Wolfgang Jeltsch) makes
\usepackage[utf8x]{inputenc}
act like the standard utf8 option, so has no effect in most cases
as UTF-8 is the default encoding in recent LaTeX releases.
If the ucs package is explicitly loaded, the original utf8x
definitions are used, but ucs.sty and utf8x.def have been updated
to use e-tex \protected definitions to make them compatible with
Unicode support in LaTeX, notably \MakeUppercase in the June 2022 LaTeX

such that both provides :=. Additional colon symbols have also been added. If
needed, the package option legacycolonsymbols will revert the old behaviour of
\coloneq, \Coloneq, \eqcolon and \Eqcolon.

The main changes are LaTeX 2020-10-01 is required as hooks are used now. A new
interface for package and class authors to create targets for
links has been added. Package and class authors can suppress some of the
hyperref patches if they clash with their own setup.
