3b65bde2f7 USE_CONFIG_WRAPPER is automatically set if USE_BUILDLINK_ONLY is defined, 
so remove it from package Makefiles.  Also move the inclusion of the
buildlink.mk files to the end of the Makefile to just before bsd.pkg.mk
to ensure that any Makefile settings occur before the buildlink.mk files.

c4e71c5e7a CPPFLAGS is now passed to MAKE_ENV and CONFIGURE_ENV by bsd.pkg.mk, so 
adapt by moving CPPFLAGS settings to top-level, and removing explicit
inclusion of CPPFLAGS into MAKE_ENV and CONFIGURE_ENV.

dbfde59b14 The buildlink include and lib directories are added to CFLAGS, CPPFLAGS, 
CXXFLAGS, and LDFLAGS by the buildlink.mk files so remove the extra
definitions to add them from the package Makefiles.  As advised by the
bsd.buildlink.mk file, also ensure that the buildlink.mk files are
included prior to defining any package-specific CFLAGS/LDFLAGS to ensure
that the buildlink directories are at the head of the compiler search
paths.

3bc5e40254 Remove dependency on ${BUILDLINK_TARGETS} in pre-configure and pre-build 
targets as the buildlink.mk files now add the dependency automatically.
Remove any NO_CONFIGURE definitions as they seem to be useless.

3f93db3280 Added the latest stable speedbar, a tree-structured file browser for 
Emacs.  Required for JDE.

Note that speedbar is already included with Emacs; this is a newer
version.

d0a0bccce3 Update abiword to 0.7.14. There were a large number of changes from version 
0.7.10, both in bugfixes and in feature additions.  No list of changes is
provided, but from gleaning the CVS logs, this is update is a large step
forward for this application.

4dd2e8a3d6 Add one patch from OpenBSD to not use ./.joerc, and two from FreeBSD, one 
against a symlink attack on 'DEADJOE', and one to use vi-style file
locking.

9fd486cfe9 Update ted and its spell checking libraries to 2.10. 
Changes are unknown, except that it doesn't depend on libungif anymore.
XXX: Merge the spellchecking packages?

b26305f133 Initial import of nano. 
GNU `nano' is a small and friendly text editor.  Besides basic text
editing, `nano' offers many extra features like an interactive search
and replace, goto line number, auto-indentation, feature toggles,
internationalization support, and filename tab completion.

   The original goal for `nano' was a complete bug-for-bug compatible
emulation of Pico, but consistency is now a slightly higher priority.

   Nano does not have the restrictive license problems of Pico.

2b42429578 The dired package has been modified without changing its version number. 
For now, copy the distfile from dired-1.09-tar.gz to dired-1.09nb1-tar.gz,
and grab that, so that we know which version of the distfile we're getting.

Upgrade to SHA1 digests, and add distfile sizes.

c06bf534dc Make sam use ${X11BASE}. That way the app-defaults file can be accounted 
for and the package will work correctly with xpkgwedge.  Suggested
