USE_TOOLS and any of "autoconf", "autoconf213", "automake" or
"automake14". Also, we don't need to call the auto* tools via
${ACLOCAL}, ${AUTOCONF}, etc., since the tools framework takes care
to symlink the correct tool to the correct name, so we can just use
aclocal, autoconf, etc.
in the process. (More information on tech-pkg.)
Bump PKGREVISION and BUILDLINK_DEPENDS of all packages using libtool and
installing .la files.
Bump PKGREVISION (only) of all packages depending directly on the above
via a buildlink3 include.

Include a bugfix for lisp_LISP independently discovered by me that has
been pulled up to the automake-1-4 branch of automake cvs.

definitions to add them from the package Makefiles. As advised by the
bsd.buildlink.mk file, also ensure that the buildlink.mk files are
included prior to defining any package-specific CFLAGS/LDFLAGS to ensure
that the buildlink directories are at the head of the compiler search
paths.

PLEASE UPDATE WHOLE SUITE including zebra, bgpd, ripd, ripngd,
ospfd, ospf6d when you update from previous version. Zebra protocol
is changed so there may be some protocol mismatch when you don't
update everything.
