I am pleased to announce that tcsh-6.17 is now available; this is a mainly a
bug fix release with the exception of these three feature additions:

Clarified the license terms. Rewrote some of the module initialization

The Zone Key Tool consist of two commands:

PKCS#11 interface. You can use it to explore PKCS#11 without having a
Hardware Security Module. It is being developed as a part of the OpenDNSSEC
project. SoftHSM uses Botan for its cryptographic operations.
