1.11 This is a distribution maintenance release. No new
features or bugfixes were added, there is no need
to update from version 1.10.
There are two reasons for the changes: a new version
of CPAN.pm and the CPANTS code quality checks.

This module simply interpolates option file hints in @ARGV by the
contents of the pointed files. This enables option reading from files
instead of or additional to the usual reading from the command line.
