3abcb13260 Don't pull in <net/bpf.h> on MacOS, it's already pulled in
via libpcap.

XXX Still needs PREFER.libpcap=pkgsrc in mk.conf to build, but it's a step
forward.

9c8b5ede43 Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list). Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

279bd27c20 Update to version 0.9b3. Okay'ed by hubertf.
Package changes: use buildlink2, ssldump command moved from bin/ to sbin/.

Selected Changelogs bits:
* Added support for VLAN networks (Jeffrey Hafey)
* Added support for non-promiscuous mode (-P flag) (Bruce M Simpson)
* Added support for session resumption.
* Added the -X flag to force hex-only printing when binary data is displayed
  as hex dumps.
* Added -r as a synonym for -f. -f will eventually
be removed and reused for some other option.
This was done for option compatibility with tcpdump
and on the theory that someday I might add a -w.
* Renamed -h to -H and added it to the documentation.
  -h now triggers usage info.

Plus numerous fixes, bug fixes and security fixes.

5873a7e7c8 ssldump is an SSLv3/TLS network protocol analyzer. It identifies
TCP connections on the chosen network interface and attempts to
interpret them as SSLv3/TLS traffic. When it identifies SSLv3/TLS
traffic, it decodes the records and displays them in a textual form
to stdout. If provided with the appropriate keying material, it
will also decrypt the connections and display the application data
traffic.

Requested by Dan Winship.
