Package cups-filters: missing distfile cups-filters-1.1.0.tar.xz
Package dvidvi: missing distfile dvidvi-1.0.tar.gz
Package lgrind: missing distfile lgrind.tar.bz2
Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
Do it for all packages that
* mention perl, or
* have a directory name starting with p5-*, or
* depend on a package starting with p5-
like last time, for 5.18, where this didn't lead to complaints.
Let me know if you have any this time.

around at either build-time or at run-time is:
USE_TOOLS+= perl # build-time
USE_TOOLS+= perl:run # run-time
Also remove some places where perl5/buildlink3.mk was being included
by a package Makefile, but all that the package wanted was the Perl
executable.
have it be automatically included by bsd.pkg.mk if USE_PKGINSTALL is set
to "YES". This enforces the requirement that bsd.pkg.install.mk be
included at the end of a package Makefile. Idea suggested by Julio M.
Merino Vidal <jmmv at menta.net>.
and use PKG_SYSCONFDIR to copy it to the right place. (Bump PKGREVISION to
1 for this).
Also add a HOMEPAGE, as the program has one.

This closes my own PR 18991.
foo-* to foo-[0-9]*. This is to cause the dependencies to match only the
packages whose base package name is "foo", and not those named "foo-bar".
A concrete example is p5-Net-* matching p5-Net-DNS as well as p5-Net. Also
change dependency examples in Packages.txt to reflect this.
scripts (.../libexec/magicfilter/*-filter) would as a side effect have
their executable bit set. Fix that, bump the papersize revisions to
1.0.1, and update other packages' DEPENDS lines to compensate.
size is read from a configuration file at run-time. If this doesn't exist,
or is in the wrong format, use the compiled-in default.
Correct the inclusion of system files.
