Noteworthy changes in version 1.39 ---------------------------------- * On Windows gpgrt_fopen, gpgrt_chdir, and gpgrt_mkdir now handle UTF-8 names. * Make timeout of gpgrt_poll work correctly on Windows if no file descriptors are active. * New function gpgrt_fcancel as alternative to gpgrt_close.
