tron 0c34636af5 Update "xchat" package to version 1.8.2. Major changes compared to the ... 1.6.x release are: - A new banlist window. - Support for ircd numeric 005 and dynamic channel/nick modes. - Uses WATCH command for notify list when available (like on Dalnet). - Http proxy support. - Throttle meter. - Perl errors no longer stop xchat, just the script itself. - Perl scripts can now use modules successfully. - Efficiency improvements and bug fixes to xchat's text widget: xtext. - IPv6 support. - Lots of new foreign language translations. - Japanese code conversion (Kanji locale <=> JIS translation). - Compiles on win32.		2001-07-31 09:48:53 +00:00
