jtb 6338eb7674 Build only static libraries since part of the library is written in ... Fortran, libf2c is static, etc. Fixed "hdfi.h" to work with any architecture supported by NetBSD. Use "xdrposix.c" instead of "xdrstdio.c" since the latter seems to be missing some functions. Fixed "initialization from incompatible pointer type" warnings. General improvements to Makefiles.
