pkgsrc/misc/mkcue/Makefile
drochner aac8fe8837 add mkcue-2.1 which is a tool to extract a CUE sheet from a CD,
needed for the "-M" option of "abcde",
the original distribution doesn't seem to be maintained anymore, I just
found a reference in Debian,
the version number is aligned to the Debian one (including a bugfix)
