* yahoo: It's so dead even the replacement protocol died.
* oscar: AIM is dead, for ICQ use the icyque purple plugin instead.

* Add datadir to pkgconfig file and config.h (sm00th)
* Add "bitlbee-set-account-password" purple signal (for hangouts)
