Pkgsrc changes: - Generic option "online-tests" replaces "spamassassin-test-net". - Removed underscore from package-internal variables (pkglint complained). - patch-ay disables the SPF plugin to avoid confusing warnings in the log files. - patch-az fixes http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=4826.
