nia 24dfc7f678 xsd: Update to 4.0.0. Builds again.
Borrowed patches from FreeBSD to rename the executable to avoid a
conflict wiht lang/mono.

Rename the xsd binary to xsdcxx, as lang/mono already installs an executable
called xsd.
