jlam 7af716330d Drop support for LTCONFIG_OVERRIDE. For quite a long time, pkgsrc ... had actually been ignoring LTCONFIG_OVERRIDE anyway and just using the default LIBTOOL_OVERRIDE to replace libtool scripts in packages.
