This package based on new zope's framework and finally replace zope25-CMFPlone pacakge. Plone is a ready-to-run content management system that is built on the powerful and free Zope application server. Plone is easy to set up, extremely flexible, and provides you with a system for managing web content that is ideal for project groups, communities, web sites, extranets and intranets. Plone 2.5.5 runs on Zope 2.9.x.

To complete the installation of Plone:
|
|
|
|
1. Add "products ${PLONE_DIR}" to your zope.conf
|
|
before existing "products" directive.
|
|
|
|
2. Restart Zope. This may be done from the Zope Control Panel.
|
|
|
|
3. If you are upgrading from an earlier version:
|
|
|
|
- Go http://yoursite/manage
|
|
- Go to portal_migrations
|
|
- Click the Migration tab
|
|
- Click Migrate
|
|
|
|
NOTE: If you want to use CacheFu product, add package plone-CacehFu.
