dholland d2871c0cbc Disable use of menhir (an ocaml parser generator) because (a) the ... configure script is finding only half of it for some incomprehensible autoconf reason and this doesn't work, and (b) if forced the current version of menhir rejects the .mly file anyway. Stick to the pregenerated version of the parser and an included copy of the support library. XXX: Why wasn't this buildlinking menhir? It was linking against XXX: its library.
