drochner 84077cbda9 update to PL44 ... changes: Fix a bug with imagemap generation. Replace "eq4.sym" and "eq4-2x.sym". These new LaTeX equation symbols do *not* use pstoepsi, ps2epsi, etc. It only requires "latex", "dvips", and "gs" to function.
