pkgsrc/editors/xemacs
hauke c397239d6a Explicitly disable postgresql support. We do not declare the
dependency, and configure picks it up outside LOCALBASE on 'rich' base
OS installations (read: Linuxen).

If anyone seriously wanted to use postgresql from XEmacs, it would
have to be made a proper option.
