keysyms from the deprecated LEFT/RIGHT-POINTING ANGLE BRACKET to
MATHEMATICAL LEFT/RIGHT ANGLE BRACKET.
- Reject out-of-range Unicode codepoints in xkb_keysym_to_utf8 and
xkb_keysym_to_utf32.
