gavan 9dbe579ad7 Workaround build problem on Solaris 10. ... If HAVE_POSIX_SPAWN is defined, code is compiled in that requires environ to be declared. Solaris doesn't declare environ, so declare it (guarded by HAVE_ENVIRON_DECL) in the files in which it is used.
