rh 52f1c587ab Update xmms to 1.2.4.
Notable changes include:
	- localisation support
	- additional plugins, most notably the ability to play ogg-vorbis
	  files
	- tons of bugfixes
	- better sound buffer availability estimates for NetBSD (this
	  hopefully reduces jitter a bit on slower systems).
