- Update translations de, fi, pl, pt_BR, ru, sk, vi, zh_TW.
- Add translations be, ca, ko.
- Add %w macro to editor commands.
* Thumbnail check order fix.
* Allow data cache reader to tolerate (ignore) future features.
* Do not allow to rename a folder when folder with new name exists.
* Avoid possible hang in corrupt exif data.
* Fix compile time warnings on newer gcc and gtk+.
