fredb 0dddfa2c84 Prevent windows from "oscillating" and walking off the screen by ... nop'ing XResizeWindow. This makes it act nearly as if -noresize is always given on the command line. Oddly enough, this permits you to resize the window freely. (All "resize" does is attempt to scale the vertical for you. Without it, you can make the window tall enough to show a black bar on the bottom--that's all.)		2000-01-06 08:46:33 +00:00
