jlam 6c29a1bac3 Update mail/cone to version 0.74. Changes from version 0.73 include:
+ Add full DESTDIR support.

+ New "gnutls" option to select between using GNU TLS and OpenSSL.
  Default to "ssl".

+ New "wide-curses" option to select between curses and wide-curses
  displays.  Default to "curses".

* Add/fix GNU TLS support in cone.
