pkgsrc/devel/libnet/Makefile
jlam f25f9d2824 bsd.buildlink.mk will automatically handle the REPLACE_BUILDLINK stuff, so
we can remove REPLACE_BUILDLINK settings containing *-config, *Conf.sh, and
*.pc.
