Contains the fix for CVE-2012-5662.

during a file transfer.
[x3270, wc3270] Corrected a crash when tracing without a file, when

[all] Changed the CGCSGID for cp930 (Japanese) 0x080b012c
(2059, 300) to 0x0172012c (370, 300).
