jlam ded09b6f3d Consistently use $perlprog to refer to the perl executable in the ... perllink script. This was causing errors when building perl from pkgsrc. The perllink script didn't create any symlinks because it tried to invoke "perl", which silently fails with revision 1.20 of mk/tools/perl.mk (after the pkgsrc-2006Q2 branch).
