missing Mono DLLs at config time. This fixes that problem but fails because it needs gnome-keyring-sharp, which we don't yet have in pkgsrc. I'm committing anyway in the hopes someone else will deal with that because the package hasn't been buildable in a long time and this does constitute a step forward.
