Pkgsrc changes: - Add a patch to track the addition of Parrot_get_cpu_type() to misc.c, which is platform-dependent on NetBSD. - Fix pbc_to_exec.winxed so that there are no rpath build-directory references in installed executables. Reported upstream as issue #803. - Adjust PLIST to match installed files.
