tnn 1bedf1f479 Update to xf86-video-ati-6.9.0.

NB: This package no longer supports Mach64 or Rage128 chips.
Please see the separate xf86-video-mach64 and xf86-video-r128 packages.

- Improved EXA render support for r1xx/r2xx cards
