khorben a181425b19 open-vm-tools: update to 12.1.5 
From the release notes, this addresses:

* Premature reboots in the guest VM from the deployPkg plugin before cloud-init
  has completed user data setup
* A possible SIGSEGV when a non-quiescing snapshot times out.
* A number of issues reported by Coverity.
