leot 279ace40d0 cups{,-base}: Update print/cups{,-base} to 2.2.7
pkgsrc changes:
- Get rid of extra `/' in patches/patch-config-scripts_cups-opsys.m4
  (NFCI, pointed out by mkpatches).
- Add to patches/patch-scheduler_auth.c a backport of issue #5283 to fix build
  without PAM. This will be not needed in cups-2.2.8.
