This is a bug fix release: \date shouldn't have been redefined in French. Please note that babel-french 3.4 requires luatex 1.0 or newer to be used with the luatex engine. 3.4a - New command \frenchdate (like \spanishdate); - Both options "french" and "acadian" can now be used simultaneously in a document; - New command \FBsetspaces to help customising spaces added before high punctuation and inside quotes; - \FBthousandsep (used in French by numprint) is now a kern; - babel-french now requires eTeX. |
