schmonz 86320ee816 The self-tests fail on OS X. This may or may not be a real problem, ... but the test suite returning a error code before install definitely is. Make the tests available via TEST_TARGET instead of as part of the default build, fixing installation on OS X. Bump BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS to the version most bgware wants these days.
