Pkgsrc changes:
* Bump required rust version to build to 1.32.0.
* Adapt patches to changed file locations.
* Since we now patch some more vendor/ modules, doctor the corresponding
.cargo-checksum.json files accordingly

- The `Error::cause` method has been deprecated in favor of `Error::source`
which supports downcasting.
