   * Fixed overwritten glib module when installing modules require generated
     header of glib module.
     Modify to install the header as part of glib module and use bl3.mk.
   * clean up dependency
   * Add test target for modules having unit test.
   * Modified patch-a{a,b,d,f,g} to acceptable by upstream.
