jlam 369c1faa21 Go ahead and build and install the the ncurses C++ application framework ... library. This was a side-effect of trying to deal with --with-cxx and --without-cxx. We accept the default --with-cxx. This should work regardless of whether libg++ exists.		1999-09-24 00:39:13 +00:00
