minskim 1a760da5b0 math/py-sympy: Update to 1.5.1 
Changes:
- Fix a regression in 1.5 that allowed expressions to compare equal to
  strings, and caused == to call str() on the other object.
- Avoid using scipy versions of numpy functions, which are deprecated,
  in lambdify.

Take MAINTAINERship.
