jschauma 2cca9690d9 Commentary cleanup:
- If it's a full sentence, start capitalize first letter and end with a
  period.
- Break comments at ~80 chars so it fits into a terminal.[*]

(* This should be done for the code as well, but then it'll need testing.
   I'll do this at another point in time.)
