pkgsrc-specific changes: Removed various no longer relevant dependencies, most significantly, Python 2.7 and GObject3. gucharmap continues to be an optional dependency, but the version in pkgsrc is too old, and gets rejected. This is disabled, for now. (There is still an apparent issue to sort out with the MATE meta-pkg's Makefile.common, but it's more minor.)
