minskim bf2956982c Import p5-Getopt-Simple from pkgsrc-wip. Packaged by Greg Troxel, and 
slightly modified by me.

The Getopt::Simple perl module provides a simple way of specifying:
    * Command line switches
    * Type information for switch values
    * Default values for the switches
    * Help text per switch
