ChangeLog:
* Compilation fix for gcc 10 (thanks Dan Horak).
* Allow pointer arithmetic in relocating mode within the same segment, since
the result is segmentless (thanks Andre for the report).
* .dsb with negative quantities shouldn't work (thanks Andre for the report).
