cheusov c80707b1db Remove GNU_PROGRAM_PREFIX variable (discussed in pkgsrc-users@). 
All utilities are installed with a prefix 'g'. Symlinks with original
names are created in ${PREFIX}/gnu/bin.

While here fix some pkglint warnings.
