Some of changes from 2.04 are: * Add 'valign' as an option to the html/cell template. * Added the 'uri' filter for URI escaping text. * Incorporated Doug's XS Stash. * Modified Template::Plugins fetch() method to accept $factory as a code reference. * 'orange' became valid colour. * Added 'sorted' as a flag to the HTML plugin. * Added get_all() and get() to the DBI iterator.
