wiz b86098bbfd Update to 0.98.37: 
* Paths given in "-I" switch searched for "incbin"ed as
  well as "%include"ed files.
* Added stabs debugging for the ELF output format, patch from
  Martin Wawro.
* Fix output/outbin.c to allow origin > 80000000h.
* Make -U switch work.
* Fix the use of relative offsets with explicit prefixes, e.g. "a32 loop foo".
* Remove "backslash()".
* Fix the SMSW and SLDT instructions.
* -O2 and -O3 are no longer aliases for -O5 and -O10.  If you mean the
  latter, please say so! :)
